hahaha, true. but _nothing_ in NYC or Boston is affordable; build these in a medium-sized city that's not on the northeast or california coast and they'd probably be very affordable.

definitely. there needs to be a lot more medium-density and mixed-use construction, to make neighborhoods that aren't super intense like downtowns, but are still walkable and engaging.
