changing topics, does anyone have a favorite homemade hummus recipe? I have a jar of tahini and a can of chickpeas that have been sitting in my cabinet waiting to be used.

I always start with 5 if they’re good sized cloves and not the weird small ones. Then I add more if needed.

I made hummus and tzatziki last night and we had a mezze dinner and I woke up with FIERCE garlic breath. That was with 5 cloves.
