it's pretty much fine IMO to be judgmental of people you think aren't taking _enough_ precautions, because depending on your risk calculus they might be putting you in danger. people taking _more_ precautions than you think they need aren't a problem for you to worry about.

once I'm two weeks past my second dose, I will personally be happy to gather indoors and maskless with friends who are also fully vaccinated, if they want to, and I will probably not wear a mask—but will have one with me—when I'm outdoors and not near people.

but of course, as I've argued a couple times, what's really going on with people who get annoyed that others are "still being too cautious" about covid is that they're reacting defensively to a perception that others' caution constitutes a rebuke of THEM.

As a vaccinated parent, I'm ready to scream forever. I'm not going to take risks when my kid is still unvaccinated and apparently that's silly and illogical and "It's been A YEAR!" as if that means something.
