Ada is coming back, but she never really interacted with anyone. They've said they're going to give Ikora something to do soon, but I think that's next year, not next season. There's Elsie, Ana, Hawthorne, Banshee, Shaxx, all the destination NPCs…
Hawthorne/Devrim seems obvious at first but probably wouldn't work because they're too alike
