      The one I was missing for the longest time was on the raised platform out in space between the two hangars (after the big combat encounter with the Abominations)

      Oh! So, up to once a week, the first time in the week you finish the mission it gives you a captain's log page (triumph step and lore entry).

      Yeah, the data pads are unlocked by subsequent (at most once a week) mission completions
