After each captain's log step, the next time you run it you can scan the associated blue iPad on the floor, and it opens a nearby door for a chest.
So the fastest you can finish the Tucked Away triumph is finishing Presage twice a week for twelve weeks. (or, I suppose, once a week for 11 weeks, and then scan all 12 ipads on your second time through in the 12th week.)

It is pretty confusing but this is a good summary! Also worth noting each new lore entry describes (at the end) the physical location of the datapad you are now allowed to scan.

Oh, I hadn't noticed that! That's helpful. I always just check every iPad I see in case it's one I missed before or haven't scanned yet :-)
