Oh! So, up to once a week, the first time in the week you finish the mission it gives you a captain's log page (triumph step and lore entry).
After each captain's log step, the next time you run it you can scan the associated blue iPad on the floor, and it opens a nearby door for a chest.

The triumphs are available until the end of season 15—we're in 13 now! I had that moment of panic too, because I forgot what season number this was, but a friend reminded me.

So the fastest you can finish the Tucked Away triumph is finishing Presage twice a week for twelve weeks. (or, I suppose, once a week for 11 weeks, and then scan all 12 ipads on your second time through in the 12th week.)

It is pretty confusing but this is a good summary! Also worth noting each new lore entry describes (at the end) the physical location of the datapad you are now allowed to scan.
