Hi friends. I'm not back, though I do miss you all, but I wanted to note that it's @mountain_goats' birthday, so if you see me uncharacteristically sporting a "John 3:16" hat, that's why. Also, if I feel good about my morning run I'm going to register for my first 5K. HBD JD!

Thank you! I did 2.8mi in 26:22, in 24°F weather, so I think I can get there! I have 24 days, it's the @UMassBoston (my alma mater) Beacon virtual 5k. I will wear my Mysterious Gap patch.
