any regulations on "adult content" always impose a heavier burden on already-marginalized populations (particularly queer people of color) so this bill would seriously harm a lot of people's livelihoods at a time when everyone's already struggling
and it would impose significant, arguably unconstitutional barriers to adults paying for legal goods and services produced and provided by consenting adults.
The government shouldn't interfere with adults' rights to pay for legal entertainment produced by consenting adults, in general.
