So here’s a fun one... the exact same day that the LLC was created 12/15/05, Trump announced he was renovating his Atlantic City casinos.https://nypost.com/2005/12/15/the-donald-gets-back-his-mojo/ …
-
SEC filings from then (I don’t have the link right now) say he was investing $110M in them. Almost exactly double the amount he owes that weird LLC.

Who does that LLC owe money to?
-
Nobody. It is a fake loan, to hide a debt that was cancelled. By getting the debt cancelled, it becomes income under IRS rules, so he faked a loan to hide it.

Whatever happened To Alan Weisselberg. Wasn’t he the accountant that set all this shit up? I thought he was given immunity by the SDNY? So why haven’t we heard anything from him?
-
Whatever happened to the SDNY... Are they adapting the Catch and Kill model to prosecution?

Amazing, or somehow orchestrated, that Trump's finances are not front and center. Good on ya for continuing to dig. Why you are the only ones digging is of grave concern ... 3+ years in ...
-
Perhaps he’s had good reason to hide his finances all these years?

President* Trump has a team of accountants and lawyers who maintain hundreds of shell companies, presumably to avoid paying taxes. We may never get a good explanation of why one shell lent $50 million to another shell. Until some of those accountants legally have to testify.
-
Right, he owns it. That’s why he owes it $50 million. If, as the owner, he had taken distributions even over several years, his income tax bills would amount to roughly $25 million. So, instead, he took out a loan or loans totaling $50 million. The tax bill on that? $0.00.
