Thank you for sharing that. I'm part way through the audio book and I've found it frustrating so far. The author's fanaticism for sleep as a panacea has every BS sense tingling. I'm stoked a sharp mind pushed back.

Yeah, the tone definitely put me off. But I had hoped, as a neuroscientist and professor at a good school, that the research would at least be in the right ballpark.
