    Fun fact of the day: With inflation adjusted, Disneyland’s 1955 .25¢ parking cost would be $2.56 today. Instead, it’s $25. Almost a 900% increase. Cool stuff!!

    Some news from Disneyland: The Disneyland Dream Magic Key is now sold out. A new Tier 6 ticket added - and prices have increased on most tickets (3-8%). Last increase Feb. 2020. Parking now $30 (was $25). Trams will return in early 2022. Price chart:

    And just to be clear - none of this impacts what you can do while in Florida. If you live in one of those locations, the AR lenses will work while you're in Florida -- just not when you get home. So have your AR fun while at WDW.

    Why Portland, Oregon, Texas or Illinois? Those locations have state bills passed and/or pending related to biometric data. I'm assuming this is the reason.

    These are not the location-based G+ filters that require you to be in the Magic Kingdom. I'm in North Carolina and the "villains" AR filter works fine. But if you live in Portland, Oregon, Texas or Illinois - just be aware some of the AR filters will not work when you get home.

    A note about Genie+ PhotoPass AR: The lenses are available to be used at home for 45 days. However, some filters use "attribute lenses" and have special rules. - Must be 18+ - Can only be used in U.S. BUT not in Illinois, Portland, or Texas. If not eligible, you see this:
