is withholding tests a deliberate administration policy? if so isnt this far more interesting (and damning) than Russia or Ukraine? Why hasnt the House started a committee on this. Is there a standing congressional committee that provides oversight and investigation?

Is it so far fetched that the more competent labs capable of generating and running their own tests do so? We are being vitally constrained by a broken institution in a way Kafka could not even sadly imagine.
