        In San Diego, the county health office hasn't been approving tests without strict travel criteria being met. So increasing capacity means nothing. I suspect this is happening in other places too.

        They don’t not in less they are half dead and have traveled outside of the country recently if you have not traveled outside of the country you aren’t getting tested

        My Japanese wife tells me that Japan is importing a test from China that gives accurate results in 15 minutes, regardless of whether or not there are symptoms, and regardless of the stage!
