    We’re now in calm before health care debate storm. Storm will break after Labor Day. If I were GOP, I would push DPC (Direct Primary Care) and DSC(Direct Surgical Care) as key part of reform package linked to HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) and catastrophic coverage.

    This is a reasonable take for a non-TDS world. But we no longer live in that world. No patriot puts journalistic integrity above removing "Hitler" from office if he has a shot at it, and that's the hallucination half the country is experiencing, thanks to the press.

    I've been on the receiving end of a Bob Woodward book. There were quotes in it I didn't like. But never once - never - did I think Woodward made it up. Anonymous sources have looser lips and may take liberties. But Woodward always plays is straight. Someone told it to him.

    Consider this: The press makes presidential elections too-close-to-call via their coverage, because that's good for business. And the tech companies can sway opinions 2% via "institutional bias" even if not intentional. Foreign influence is maybe 1%? So who runs the country?
