Respectfully disagree, Scott. A baby even in the womb is the concern of both mother and father. The father should have a say in the outcome of a pregnancy.

Here's an idea I haven't seen floated anywhere: the logical (and arguably legal) dividing line is the woman's choice PRIOR to engaging in behavior leading to pregnancy. If she was raped, for example, she is certainly may have an abortion. If not, no (unless her life is in danger)

I'd disagree on the grounds of parenting: if the child is conceived with his DNA, he should have a say. Of course the situation is often the opposite: they don't care to have a say...
