Ok, so he was saying that white supremacists are "fine people", not Nazis. Got it.

False. He said fine people are on both sides of the statue debate.

He was talking about the "Unite the Right" demonstrators in Charlottesville. Those were neo-Nazis and white supremacists, not lovers of kitschy Civil War statues.

Your interpretation is debunked by his clarifications he disavows those guys. I think you agree he isn't shy about voicing his honest opinion. So case closed. And your view requires you to explain why Israel hasn't noticed this thing you believe is so obvious to all.

If he disavowed all the white supremacists at the Charlottesville Unite the Right rally, there would have been no one left. Also, Trump hyped Birtherism, which was inherently racist. He gets no benefit of the doubt.

Now, if there is evidence that Trump used Birtherism against an Anglo politician, I'll take everything back.

Transparently illogical position, and probably a tell for cognitive dissonance. The logical question is whether or not he uses all available attacks that makes sense for the situation. He didn’t call Obama low energy.

Got it. When he runs against a black candidate, he uses racist attacks, but not when he's running against a white woman from the Midwest. Thanx for clearing that up !!!

Would it look racist if he called Obama Low Energy? (I accept your surrender.)

Not necessarily, but it would be racist if he suggested President Obama was playing golf too much because he was lazy.

Since Trump plays golf way more often than Obama (or any previous President), it's obviously not the golf-playing he dislikes.
