Both sides could use some humility.

While true, the media has a track record of owning their mistakes, still waiting on Trump.

False. They still cling to the Charlottesville hoax, for example:https://bit.ly/2EpNBhO

Just because you claim hoax, doesn't make it true. What exactly was the hoax? Those people didn't die? The rally never happened? What?

I did after I posted. His post is disingenuous by using false choice to sort his claim that there are only two interpretations of Trumps words, and he gets to define them. Interesting that the 'crazy' one is the one he disputed, how convenient.

"Disingenuous" is the mind-reader tell for cognitive dissonance. I accept your surrender.

Hmm, Jedi mind tricks eh? Well then, I'll be happy to accept your lack of denial and introduction of distraction as a total & unconditional capitulation that the false choice was intentional and flagrant; I mean, as long as we are both mind readers, right?

1/ I read his post and I agree the media may have pushed the envelope but can he say what Trump’s true thoughts were? And we should all agree that if Trump hadn’t said there were good people on both sides, the media would not have had him the way they do, right?

Simple reading comprehension is all that is needed. No mind-reading required.
