Or maybe you don't understand the burden of proof and rules of evidence as they pertain to a civil nuisance suit. Establishing legal causation with respect to any individual entity in the context of climate change is entirely different from demonstrating settled science.

I understand the difference. And I don't expect a judge to decide on science. He can, however, determine that science doesn't back its argument on some points.
