I keep seeing people say that "alcohol is not a health food" or that it's toxic. It's strange toxin though, because people who drink it moderately live longer than non-drinkers.

Unless you already blogged about it we could really use some explanations on your views on alcohol. 20% seems like an extraordinary claim. Also positive effect of some red wine (in small takes) against hearth deceases is well document and used by doctors.
