Seriously, the majority of the planet lives in non-nuke countries, and they have no say in their potential annihilation.

Isn't the lack of a father in certain cultures the big problem here?

The lack of a good father is problem. The lack of a bad one is less so.

Scott tells you why the nuclear family is the problem, not the solution. Bring coffee. https://www.pscp.tv/w/bWLOfzFWR1F2RE96QUJsak98MVlxS0RkbWRsVndLVjzC7kHF-LVJf46xj0fpj7DqqUqybHT1WLjt0MFhqAUs …Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

You are overvaluing expertise, and underlying biological underpinnings of parental love. Nuclear family is like democracy, it's not the best system, but it's the best we have. What we need is more individual responsibility in parenting. That's the only "solution".

You are confusing the problem with the solution. Absent dads are indeed a problem. But there is no solution for grafting the losers back into the nuclear family and getting a good result. Need alternatives for the "bad dad" situations.
