If you release slowly, 2-3 seconds , it will be 10x more effective. Google “pandiculation”.

Did you feel like the President when you tied the kettlebell between your legs and walked around?

My go-to for body pains: not only alleviates many pains, program promotes fitness to keep one moving. "Pain Erasure" is great book, by Bonnie Prudden. Trigger point myotherapy. http://www.bonnieprudden.com/

I use a 'crutches' exercise, similar to 'inversion' to decompress my back. Adjust crutches so your feet dangle & don't touch the floor, back against a wall. The weight of your legs do the decompression in under a minute
