Scott Adams tells you why Alan Dershowitz is the only person you should listen to about the Memo. With coffee.https://www.pscp.tv/w/bURzJjExODgwMjU5fDF6cUpWclF5UWRsSkIj2KpnwC1cmLsYy5YX_gYii5XCeH_AMdcpx_I2I3dqAg== …

Probable cause to demand hearing the rest of the story (Democrat rebuttal) which we know will further weaken the dud.

Actually, Prof. Dershowitz says it's probable cause to see all of the information, not just the Dem. rebuttal. Additionally, he states that, if the claims are true, there is a 4th amendment violation. Maybe this is semantic; memo may not be a smoking gun, but is not a dud either.

Of course we want the context. Was “maybe we should look into it” a bombshell?

I didn't hear the maybe; I heard "probable cause," and this must be investigated further because if true it's a 4th amendment violation. Consequential at least. If this memo is a dud, then "Muh Russia" is a bomb that backfired on you so badly, you went to the ER.

Probable cause doesn’t mean what you think it means in this context.
