I’ve gotten to the point where if there isn’t someone’s name attached to the information I’m not buying it. There was a time when anonymous sources meant something - they have become the norm now.

Oh my you're right, and yet Ms Haberman might aver that this standard never existed before Trump. And she'd be right, in the narrow sense that before Trump the media did it darkness. Now they admit it. I'll take it as a victory for reality.
