The case for simulation grows daily.

World was created. This is obvious for long time to people try think without preconditions. Question is,did author of simulation care about us as individuals?

Yes, it's called negative feedback. Engineers are very familiar with the concept. The problem is that there are also positive feedback elements, which have in the past overwhelmed the negative and led to massive changes in global temperatures.

It's no HVAC, though. From the author: "Nevertheless, we need to be clear that the changes in temperature are gradual, and that recovery can take hundreds of thousands of years. Given the rapid increase in the rate of global warming at present, this is not an option for us"
-
Recovery can take millions of years if geological history is anything to go by. Though it may only take a few hundreds of thousands to return us to the glacial age temperatures of the recent past. Still a pretty long wait if you’re an islander, or Dutch.

The state of a natural system at any given moment in time is more likely to be a stable one than an unstable one. Rocks are much more likely to be found at the bottom of hills than perched precariously on top.
-
IOW if disturbing the parameters of the climate a little tended to produce a 1-way runaway feedback loop, we would prob already be living in that world, as a result of any one of the natural fluctuations that occur on a geological timescale. That said, I'm not an expert here.
