No, Trump is controlled by his fragile ego, his narcissism, and his constant need for praise. Russia does however have leverage over him, having helped get him elected, and having supported his businesses financially for years. He owes them a very large debt.

I would call them psychological variables. And you left out a few hundred of them. If you think you can peer into all that complexity and see three "bad" variables running the whole show, that's some form of mental problem.

Yes, I agree with you that there are hundreds of variables. For brevity I listed the top three in my assessment. I did not however claim that Trump was controlled by ONLY those three. Do you think Trump's unusual behavior is caused by psychological issues?
