I'm pretty sure that the "kickbacks" came from shareholders of the Canadian company, Uranium One. 140 million came from one donor, who had sold his shares in Uranium One three years before.

Selling uranium is secondary to pay to play scam. Check the timeline. And get better sources than Just msm. They have a corp. commercial agenda, at best. News is PR and for sale by corp msm. Smart is using diverse, trusted source for facts, not PR spin.
