Certainty can never be achieved. But not everything that isn't 100% certainty is meaningless. Science can't agree because science is a method & doesn't have opinions.

The non-scientist can achieve certainty, but it is an illusion. He wouldn't "know what he doesn't know." And the non-scientist can often be correct, but chance gives you the same result.

Science is never about certainty. Always about probabilities.

Of course. But climate scientists do not present their case as "probably" true. That's one of the reasons they lack credibility with the public. The certainty looks suspicious.
