The Paris Climate Accords were "misleading" at best. He got that right when everyone thought he was crazy. Jury is out on the rest.

Science says there is a potential big risk. Economic models would tell us when and how hard to react. The latter are not credible.

Economics isn't science. We need to react based on climate science, not on market or some other BS that didn't predict the financial crisis.
