What does “climate skeptic” mean? The climate is, always has been, and always will be, changing.
It would be good to to hear the best arguments that demonstrate climate change. Why has there been 97+% consensus? (Unless that is wrong?)

Science is already fully immersed in skeptical inquiry.
Climate sceptics are 100% right and always will be. Being sceptical is the only way to be a scientist ;-)
That depends on what they're being skeptical of. If they're just cherry-picking & misrepresenting, that's not scientific skepticism.
the only thing climate skeptics can *potentially* be right about is how we deal with the problem of climate change.
