Can we all just agree to overthrow our government if they try to institute any kind of Chinese-like "social credit system" in this country (beyond any short term vaccine stuff)? Any president who pushed for such a thing would be politically finished.

Emergency powers are enacted and lifted all the time. It literally happens every month, sometimes every week, in the USA. When the Emergency Declaration is lifted, so are the powers during that emergency declaration.
