How will the people who say COVID-19 is not a real problem explain that the vaccinations are working?

Yes. Next, we need a vaccine against cognitive dissonance.https://twitter.com/segal_eran/status/1373876560030208006 …

https://www.forbes.com/sites/nicholasreimann/2021/03/18/covid-spiking-in-over-a-dozen-states-most-with-high-vaccination-rates/ … Good question. I wander how they will explain this too.

Quite easily: The vaccinations coincide with the spread of the new, more contagious variants among the non-vaccinated and potentially with people letting their guard down too early due to end-of-the-tunnel optimism.

On Covid-19 data collection: “Case” definition=PCR positive? If so, at what cycle threshold (Ct) value? Any recent downward adjustments to Ct? Also critical: analytical vs. diagnostic specificity issue (ie PCR positive correspondence to “diagnosis”).
