I also don’t know if “ballot received” is the same as “ballot counted”.
The fact of the matter is I never received it so I never had a chance to send it in but there's a return date.
No the site doesn't show who you voted for but since my ballot was returned 10/14 and that text is 10/16 and I never touched my ballot at that point. Way too many red flags there like the Probability of getting 168k votes all for you in 1 shot with 4 candidates
