My colleagues and I get tested twice a week, testing company pulls right up to the job site in their mobile lab get results in 15 minutes. Same test can be bought and provided to private citizens. easy.

There are rapid PCR kits (both accurate and rapid) approved by FDA. For example Visby Medical https://www.visbymedical.com/ There are also portable machines that give results in 15-30 minutes (like SalivaDirect, Abbott ID Now) also approved.
