When someone has an allergic reaction to peanuts and dies, does the death certificate list the cause of death as “peanuts”? That person was perfectly healthy except for the introduction of the peanuts.

A potentially deadly allergy to peanuts is not "perfectly healthy."

By your reasoning, none of us are “perfectly healthy”. I have a genetic predisposition to developing blood clots, from my moms side of the family. I have had no issues with it to this point in my life, but by your logic, that makes me not healthy, because at some time I may.

I'm not sure that's "my logic." I think that's just regular, plain old, ordinary logic.
