If a Bubble Boy with no immune system leaves the bubble and immediately gets an infection and dies, is the cause of death the infection or is it leaving the bubble and having no immune system? Discuss.

No. His health is being maintained only via intensive effort.

Not healthy by normal standards, but we all live in some sort of a bubble avoiding germs getting vaccinated, refrigerating food - it's a continuum

Being immune compromised is a pre-existing condition, but if his overall state of health was good to excellent with that pre-existing condition he would be healthy.

If someone’s live depends on external support/assistance to stay alive. No it’s not healthy. Without it, they’re dying n will soon die. If needing assistance in living is healthy than what makes it unhealthy.

Depends on your definition of "healthy" If "healthy" only only means the lack of infection or illness...then possibly Is bubble boy fat due to lack of activity and a diet rich in fat? Then disease other than infectious disease might make him unhealthy by a similar measure
