Still looking into this, but looks like these numbers come from a third round of CLIA testing. This round of ~27k people included over 7k medical staff. Previous surveys reported numbers like 5-6% exposure.
My wife & I had fever for a couple of days in the week of 25-May-20. We didn't have a thermometer a home. after we recovered we had loss of smell; only later we learnt that this is a Covid symptom. we didn't even get tested thinking that it was regular fever; it just came & went!
Glad you're OK. I'd just say that this doesn't confirm (nor deny) that you had COVID-19. The loss/change of smell/taste is indeed a symptom, and most commonly seen as an early onset symptom, rather than something that manifests during recovery. It could just've been a cold
