This is the dumb-doctor take, in which he compares the size of the virus to the size of the holes in a mask and calls it a day. Don't be like this guy.https://twitter.com/banthebbc/status/1355809591754428418 …

Wait...where exactly is this doctor wrong and why would an MBA turned cartoonist heap shit on an MD who has studied this?

Scott has an over exaggerated sense of self importance. I'd like a refund for his shitty book.

I'd heard some interviews with him prior to Covid and he sounded like a guy who knew what he was talking about. Obviously, I was wrong

I’m no Dr, but don’t viruses and germs travel on water droplets, spittle and such. We all spray a little when we talk. Masks will certainly block some of that. Would you tell your surgeon not to bother with her mask.

Of course. Respiratory droplets. The insane thing is anti-maskers have likely been told this dozens of times, but just keep ignoring it.https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/more/scientific-brief-sars-cov-2.html …

Probably because we know a cloth Mask isn't stopping them. Simple test to see if the mask is effective. 1) put on the mask 2) can you breath? 3) if yes, the mask isn't effective.

That's just wrong. If the mask gets wet, it's catching droplets. That means it's effective at cutting down droplets in the air. There's your "simple test." Honestly, it's like being a flat-earther.
