In all honesty, Senator Adams (that has a nice ring to it!), what is the right vehicle? County Boards of Election? State Secretaries of State? Governors? Legislatures? State Courts? Federal Courts up to the Supremes? Surely you don't mean Congress? (unless the ECollege fails)
