Watch a journalist irrationally assert -- with lots of attitude -- that an absence of proof is proof of absence -- literally one of the world's most well-known logical fallacies. His audience can't tell the difference. And @RandPaul dismantles him. Fun.https://twitter.com/RandPaul/status/1353358885755645953 …

I disagree, legal challenges are available which makes it a legal matter. That's not to say I don't agree with a look at the election system overall, I think it has to be done now. Just that I don't think that fallacy applies in this case.

And it was proven, through both the processes that have been in place for decades and over 60 legal cases. You can choose to be say it wasn't proven to your satisfaction but no one has an obligation to satisfy you, if its even possible.

The burden of an election system is to follow the processes and laws of the election system. The burden of those setting up the election system is to ensure that it is transparent and fair. Change the election system for the future, but changes to a past election require courts

But what's the burden. Who decides when it's satisfied. State by state some threshold was met. But trump, Rudy, and millions of voters "know" trump won. Nothing will satisfy them. So what's the goal for someone like Paul. And has Christie just been brainwashed by the left.

Hey Scott, that’s a pretty cool rule that you just invented and that also has never existed before. And your reasoning of “because” is also compelling and rich

Scott making up “burden of proof for an election” system like it’s a thing.
