Would go to a federal general fund. No source would be disallowed but full transparency of fund origination would be required. The line for final call would be snapped on November 3rd. Candidates would have to US citizens. The President would still have to be born on US soil.

In military circles this is known as "bad leadership." New leaders are never supposed to suspend current practices/make changes for the 1st 90 days. Doing so ignores adage "if it works leave it alone."
