it is exactly the same model prb that MMORPG had, now they are almost all F2P. people don't want to pay monthly fee anymore to access content especially if they already do.

That said, the most popular MMORPGs are still subscription-based, or offer subscriptions for additional perks.

Scott and Dave I would offer microtransactions as a possible solution. People could pay for each individual piece of content. For example you could charge $0.10 for a daily cartoon. Or even $0.01. The transactions fees are miniscule which allows for this model. It is the future.
