I can't tell if Scott wants a list of all of the Trump campaign's claims in their lawsuits or just all the claims the campaign made. Why would we evaluate claims which were not made in lawsuits by the campaign?

To be current and complete. I also assume (without being a lawyer) that some evidence is persuasive in the real world but not allowed in court for various technical reasons.

I would like to know where fraud claims can be aired. There were plenty of witnesses. 1000s of affidavits. Never given a moment in court to be cross-examined. I doubt 1000s of people made up claims. Where does one go to be heard? PA wouldn’t even hear the evidence. Seems weird.
