How many of you will hallucinate an opinion for me today -- because you are bad at mind-reading -- and then criticize that hallucination like it is my fault? I call it the Observer Problem.
The strawman thing is generally intentional. The Observer Problem is based on hallucination and ignorance.

Only on an individual case basis. Overall, it is easy to observe that people strawman intentionally more often than accidentally.
