Both sides have always acknowledged it, saying it’s not enough to change the results. Maybe it isn’t always enough to change statewide or fed races but I would be shocked if it didn’t change local elections somewhere in every election and state/fed more than we can imagine.

Scott, Sowell explains the issue here in Conflict of Visions. One believes ‘man’ in the problem, the other believes the ‘system’ is the problem. These opposing fundamental beliefs will keep some from seeing your point. Man is an incentive led beast. Path of least resistance types

Yep. According to this logic, both sides committed fraud. But it's also genuinely scary stuff. Essentially he's saying "motive plus opportunity" is not only evidence of a crime we can't find, it's proof of whom to convict for it. It's almost Stalinist.

Lack of voter ID is pretty definitive guarantee of fraud...some will say it doesn't guarantee fraud, but real life experience says otherwise...all one needs to be is observant...morals are at an all time low...
