Here's a big dog that isn't barking: I've been saying in public since the election that the design of our system doesn't just ALLOW potential fraud, it GUARANTEES it. By design. Because it is both feasible (we have learned) and the potential gain is enormous.

Under those conditions, a reasonable person with even modest experience in life understands that massive fraud HAD to have happened. You don't need to observe it to know it with certainty.

By analogy, if I drop ice cream on a hot sidewalk in summer, I don't need to stay and observe it to know it melted. I can walk away and be equally certain. Our election system (all of it) is like that ice cream. Don't tell me I have to show you proof it melted. It melted.

I have made that argument multiple times in public. The dog not barking is that not one Democrat even pushes back on my point. They know the ice cream melted too. But they also know it's smarter for their team to demand proof than to accept the obvious.

Good example of how analogies don’t work, Scott.

I think a better analogy is that he let go of the ice cream and walked away and didn't need proof that gravity caused it to fall on the sidewalk.

Exactly. As an auditor, that is the way we work -- first assess a system for weaknesses and risks, and to the extent they exist, automatically assume errors or theft occurred. Then work not just to prove it happened, but to determine the extent that it did and to quantify it.

And to further your point each time a known problem exists, the thieves know it too. So when they determine acceptable risk there they continue explore other avenues undecided yet. Then when they "significantly" lower the known to conclude most secure ever! We know its elsewhere.

I was a juror once and the prosecutor said it well. You can see the picture clearly on a jigsaw puzzle even if you are missing a couple of pieces when you finish.

Yes. They are not even trying to say that people came around with freezers to catch every fallen scoop of ice cream. They want people to believe that the ice cream just didn't melt in a city where 1,000s more people are walking around with cones.
