We don't have audio in the recording, so the closest thing we have are sworn affidavits saying everyone was told to leave. Apparently the state's own observer left as well, and it is against GA law to count votes without the state's observer (may need a fact check on this).

Everything in the video matches up with the witness' sworn statements: - a woman walks over to the observers - the observers all leave - there is a 20 minute delay while most workers leave - then they pull out ballot boxes from under a covered table and start counting them

Scott Adam's point is that she told that to the envelope openers, to stop working.

This may be true, but she apparently used the word everyone, everyone stopped ballot counting activities, people started cleaning up, and all the observers left. Plus the security apparently didn't let anyone back in later until they argued for 15 minutes.

"Everyone" could mean anything you want it to mean. Every envelope opener, every person, or every person who had not already been told to stay.

That is true. The context though changes the meaning: - supervisor said earlier that scanning would go until "10 or 11" that night - everyone stopped working after announcement - everyone went home except supervisors and those cleaning up - security wouldn't let observers back in

Misinterpreted announcement explains all. And is 100% normal.

Well, how does it explain why the supervisor Ralph Jones said they would be scanning until 10 or 11, but then they started scanning again after almost everyone left? 28:00https://youtu.be/GAkT8Klkf5s
