worldometer is showing the raw number and not normalizing for population in 100k increments. That said, the curves are drastically different between the two sources.
I'm showing the data only from September onwards. In spring, Sweden was even doing much worse than Germany, which your graphs correctly indicate.

Post used one data point - the last - to prove a narrative. Real question is why Germany and Sweden are doing better than most of the western world. Also sub Saharan Africa is puzzling.
Even then there's massive discrepancy. If number of deaths per day in Sweden has been dropping the last few days, the percentage should be dropping too.
