If they are a member of the Republican or Democrat party they are part of the deep state
The organized bullying of election witnesses, if proven to be ORGANIZED, is sufficient reason -- by itself -- to toss out the entire city's votes. That behavior DEMANDS the harshest penalty available, even if it puts the entire country into a spin. Do it anyway.
