Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary proof. Democrats make the extraordinary claim that despite sky-high motivation and plenty of opportunity, they did NOT try to steal the election. Anything is POSSIBLE, but I'd need extraordinary proof to believe it.

Pretty sure the Supreme Court would want Rudy, Jenna, and the other morons to provide proof of their claims. Also pretty sure Rudy's "I totally have proof; I just can't show it to anyone" song and dance wouldn't go over so well.

Well, SCOTUS has pretty solidly defended the idea of evidentiary support, meaning the requirement that claims are backed with evidence. They also have ingrained this idea that the burden of proof lies with the accusers, in this case those alleging widespread voter fraud.
